Founder-led, hands-on
North Peak Cloud was founded to bring enterprise-grade Azure — AI foundations, platform engineering and cost discipline — to organisations that want senior engineering without the big-consultancy overhead. The founder works hands-on across Azure AI Foundry, Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code and FinOps, and is the engineer clients actually work with.
No middle layer
There are no account managers or delivery layers between you and the work. The person who scopes your engagement is the person who designs and builds it — which keeps advice honest, scope tight and delivery fast.

Everything we deliver is working infrastructure and code you own — landing zones, AI workloads, pipelines and cost controls — with knowledge transfer built in. No lock-in, no black boxes.
